Pheno_opt_rice is a new rice phenology calibration program that has been developed by Pepijn van Oort (Wageningen Univerisity, Crop Systems Analysis group) and Tianyi Zhang (LAPC, Chinese Academy of Sciences).
Inside the zipfile you will find the fortran program files, a manual in the readme directory and an example output file in Excel.
